11. CloseTimer Function added – to close a position (open a locking order) – it should be larger than OpenTimer – similar to oneleg – we can still wait for the signal to appear. If not, just set 0;
12. FixTP FxSL will work only after CloseTimer works, ie while the order is sagging for a while;
